Use this as a getting-ready list. The Setup page is the access and support landing. This checklist is what to confirm before you pay, and what to keep after.

Before you buy

• You are on this site, not a search result that only looks similar.
• You opened checkout and read what the store actually offers today.
• The listing matches what you expected. If it does not, stop.
• You kept the checkout tab open until purchase actually completed. Closing it early is a common way people think they paid and then cannot prove it.

If a NARAKA patch just landed and you are unsure the product is even offered today, check Status first, then come back.

After checkout

• Keep the instructions that came with this purchase. Do not mix them with a video for another product.
• If a step does not match what you see, stop. Retry that same step once, carefully.
• Do not assume a download finishing means you are done. Confirm against the instructions you have.
