When NARAKA cheat setup gets stuck

When getting started fails, random “delete these folders” lists usually make it worse. Start from Setup if you have not purchased yet. Stay here if you already tried and stalled.

Re-read the instructions you actually have

Use the steps from checkout or from support — not a video for a different product. If two sources disagree, the one you were given with this purchase wins.

Write down which step you are on before you retry. “It doesn’t work” is not a report. “I completed purchase, I opened the instructions, I cannot match step 3 to what I see” is a report.

Retry the same step once

Retrying five different guesses in two minutes creates new problems. Retry the last instruction once, carefully. If it still fails, stop.

Do not stack extra downloads “just in case.” Do not run a helper from a random site.

Confirm the checkout path

A common stall is the wrong store page. If you bought somewhere that only looks similar, say so when you write in. That is faster than describing a file you should not have.

When to write to support

Support is available 24/7. Write in when checkout succeeded and the next instruction does not match your screen, or when you retried one step and it still fails.

If a game update landed and access no longer matches what you were told, check Status, then ask support for your case.

A useful message is short: which checkout you used, whether purchase completed, which instruction you are on, and what you see instead.
